Our knowledgeable certified ServSafe instructor provides, an engaging traditional classroom style training. The classes are structured to include information you will need to perfom on the job. This ServSafe training covers critical principles including personal hygiene, cross-contamination, time and temprature, recieving and storage, food safety management systemes, training hourly employees and more. Each student that registers into a class will recieve our proprietary study guide with all the resources it contains to read trough, prior to the class.
The exam will be adminstered at the end of the class.
Every classes include direct instruction, exam answer sheets or online codes, and exam proctoring services.
We can also come to your facility for a customized training session including a Multi-Media presentation and activities followed by an exam.
