FPMC Exam Study Guide
Over thirty years of food service experience combined with twenty years of teaching food safety and sanitation went into creating our proprietary study guide. The study guide is updated regularly and includes information from the most current Food Code (2017) and is up to date with all National and State approved ANSI – CFP Certification exams.
Our study guide contains over 70 pages of content including color coded highlights, pictures, charts, and graphs. The guide also contains a detailed glossary to help every learner succeed. The table of contents is presented in a simple outline format to make finding topics as easy as possible.
Included in our study guide is a practice ServSafe® exam and answer key for the practice exam. Uniquely provided, is a “diagnostic tool”. With this tool, the student marks all the incorrect answers from the practice exam and the tool shows you what section(s) of the study guide to go back into and re-study. This allows the student to focus only on the areas that need attention.
